Behind the Scenes Tour with Bryson Byrnes & Karen

You and a guest will join FOX Sports apprentice Bryson Byrnes (son of the late Steve Byrnes, FOX Sports broadcast commentator and host) as he visits NASCAR friends and participates in his annual pre-race broadcast of the Monster Energy NASCAR All-Star Race.  Bryson and his mom Karen (Speedway Children’s Charities board member) will take you on an exclusive tour of the NASCAR Cup garage, FOX Sports TV compound, spotter stand, NASCAR driver’s meeting and the ultimate destination hanging out on the starting grid with the cars, drivers and crew while Bryson participates in the FOX pre-race show.  You will get the thrill of meeting a NASCAR driver, NASCAR crew members and FOX Sports talent.  It will be a All-Star Race experience you will never forget.

-Two (2) cold garage passes
-VIP tour with Bryson Byrnes & Karen
-Access for two (2) into driver's meeting
-Access for two (2) to pre-race driver introductions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ALL participants must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
2. Payment must be received within 24 hours of auction end. You will be contacted by phone or email after the auction ends.
3. Failure to check in by specified time on race day (winning bidder will receive check-in time and information in an e-mail after the close of the auction), may result in forfeiture of package.
4. Funds raised through the online auction are donations to Speedway Children's Charities. NO RAIN CHECKS or REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
5. Auction begins on Monday, May 6 and ends on Wednesday, May 15 at various times, make sure to check the closing time for the experience you want. You will be contacted via phone or email if you are a winner. All information regarding package will be given then.

A bid is a legally binding contract, and you agree to be bound to make payment if you are the highest bidder. Do not bid if you are not 100% certain you can follow through with payment at the winning bid price within the stated time. By bidding in this auction, the bidder understands and agrees to Speedway Children’s Charities (SCC) policies and procedures as well as all terms and conditions mentioned here.

Full payment is required within 48 hours of the auction close. Once payment has been received, the winner will be contacted by SCC regarding fulfillment. Failure to deliver payment within the designated time will result in a default of the bid, and SCC may select the next highest bidder. Failure to follow fulfillment guidelines may result in forfeiture of the Experience. This Experience is non-transferable once names for the participants are submitted to SCC.

SCC reserves the right to remove or cancel any portion of the experience if, in SCC’s discretion, the winning bidder and/or guest are acting in an inappropriate manner, including by way of illustration, not limitation, belligerent towards others, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in any other manner in which a reasonable person may fear for his/her safety, etc. Dress code is enforced for all experiences, no inappropriate, vulgar or revealing clothes are permitted. Furthermore, the host of the experience reserves the right to remove any individuals from the experience if the winning bidder fails to follow their rules and guidelines for behavior during the experience.

PLEASE NOTE:
This event can be physically demanding and fast paced. Please remember that the drivers are in their offices – this is their job! They are preparing to run a race and are graciously sharing this time with you. Speedway Children’s Charities cannot and does not guarantee any driver autograph.
