You must be at least 18 years of age to bid. Payment must be received within 24 hours of the item closing. You will be contacted by a SCC team member if you are a winner. All information regarding the item or experience will be provided at that time. No rainchecks or refunds will be issued. SCC will work to provide auction winners with an alternate experience or item in event of weather. Once payment is made, winning bidders may collect their items at the SCC offices located in the Bruton Smith Building at Bristol Motor Speedway starting on Friday, September 16th. If you choose to have an item shipped, you will be responsible for any additional costs for packaging and shipping. Bidders must comply with all Speedway Children’s Charities and Bristol Motor Speedway policies and procedures.
