Ride of a Lifetime - Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Auction begins ONLINE and will conclude LIVE at the Children's Champion Grand Marshal Banquet on Friday, June 23.  

Bid on your chance to ride with Dale Earnhardt Jr. during his last race in Sonoma at the Toyota/Save Mart 350 pre-race ceremonies on Sunday, June 25.  Winning bidder will climb into the back of a Toyota Tundra with Dale Jr. and make one parade lap around the Sonoma Valley road course immediately following driver introductions.

The online auction will close at 3:00 pm EST on Friday, June 23. The highest online bidder at that time will be contacted directly, invited to attend the Grand Marshal Banquet and have a chance to continue bidding during the LIVE auction, that evening, at approximately 8 pm PST.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Auction Rules

1. Must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into legally binding contract.
2. For Ride of a Lifetime, individuals riding in the parade lap must submit to criminal background check per NASCAR regulations.
3. Payment must be received within 24 hours of close of auction. You will be contacted by email after the auction ends.
4. Failure to check in by specified time on Sunday, June 25, may result in forfeiture of package. Winners will receive check-in time and information in an e-mail after the close of   the auction.
5. NO RAIN-CHECKS or REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. 
6. All bidders/winners must comply with Speedway Children’s Charities policies and procedures.
7. Auction begins at noon EST on June 14 and will close at 3:00 pm EST on Friday, June 23. The highest online bidder at that time will be contacted directly, invited to the Grand Marshal Banquet and have a change to continue bidding during the LIVE auction that evening at approximately 8 pm PST.   

SCC reserves the right to remove or cancel any portion of the experience if, in SCC's discretion, the winning bidder and/or guest are acting in an inappropriate manner, including by way of illustration, not limitation, belligerent towards others, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in any other manner in which a reasonable person may fear for his/her safety, etc. Dress code is enforced for all experiences, no inappropriate, vulgar or revealing clothes are permitted. Furthermore, the host of the experience reserves the right to remove any individuals from the experience if the winning bidder fails to follow their rules and guidelines for behavior during the experience.
