2018 Bank of America ROVAL VIP Experiences

Speedway Children's Charities and Charlotte Motor Speedway are excited to offer these once in a lifetime experiences for the Bank of America ROVAL 400. The ultimate NASCAR fan is not going to want to miss out on hot passes, behind the scenes tours, victory lane and more! Place your bid now to support children in Charlotte.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.       ALL participants must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract.

  1. Payment must be received within 48 hours of auction end. You will be contacted by email after the auction ends.
  2. Failure to check in by specified time on race day (winning bidder will receive check-in time and information in an e-mail after the close of the auction), may result in forfeiture of package.
  3. Funds raised during the online auction are a donation to Speedway Children's Charities. NO RAINCHECKS or REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
  4. All unsold auctions will not be available after auction close.
  5. Auction begins on Sunday, September 16 and ends on Tuesday, September 25. End times may vary; make sure to check closing times for the item you want. You will be contacted via email if you are a winner. All information regarding package will be given then.

A bid is a legally binding contract, and you agree to be bound to make payment if you are the highest bidder. Do not bid if you are not 100% certain you can follow through with payment at the winning bid price within the stated time. By bidding in this auction, the bidder understands and agrees to Speedway Children’s Charities (SCC) policies and procedures as well as all terms and conditions mentioned here.

Full payment is required within 48 hours of the auction close. Once payment has been received, the winner will be contacted by SCC regarding fulfillment. Failure to deliver payment within the designated time will result in a default of the bid, and SCC may select the next highest bidder. Failure to follow fulfillment guidelines may result in forfeiture of the Experience. This Experience is non-transferable once names for the participants are submitted to SCC.

SCC reserves the right to remove or cancel any portion of the experience if, in SCC’s discretion, the winning bidder and/or guest are acting in an inappropriate manner, including by way of illustration, not limitation, belligerent towards others, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in any other manner in which a reasonable person may fear for his/her safety, etc. Dress code in enforced for all experiences, no inappropriate, vulgar or revealing clothes are permitted. Furthermore, the host of the experience reserves the right to remove any individuals from the experience if the winning bidder fails to follow their rules and guidelines for behavior during the experience.

PLEASE NOTE:

This event can be physically demanding and fast paced. Please remember that the drivers are in their offices – this is their job! They are preparing to run a race and are graciously sharing this time with you. Speedway Children’s Charities cannot and does not guarantee any driver autograph.
